Purpose of the Consent:

  4. Background Checks: I consent to the recruitment consultant conducting background checks, which may include but are not limited to, criminal record checks, credit checks, and verification of qualifications.
  5. Sharing of Information: I consent to the recruitment consultant sharing my personal information with potential employers and other relevant third parties involved in the recruitment process.
  6. Retention of Information: I understand that my personal information will be retained for a period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above unless otherwise required by law.
  7. Right to Withdraw Consent: I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by providing written notice to the recruitment consultant. However, I acknowledge that such withdrawal may affect my participation in the recruitment process.
