You will report to the Sales and Support Manager
We offer a basic salary with commission.
Responsibilities:
- Make appointments and demonstrate our software to potential users in the Financial Sector Industry.
- Assist new users to transition to and use the software.
- Establish a network of potential clients that you can follow up with.
- Maintain a professional image of yourself and the business on social media, using only approved material.
- Achieve set sales targets
- Hunting for new business within allocated geographic regions and generate new sales leads.
- Maintain customer relationships once account has been acquired with a view to growing the service and revenue base.
- Maintain existing clients (even those not signed up).
- Establish customer needs, developing opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Update Leads management system daily/weekly.
- Processing and solving customer queries.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
- Ensure that client engagements are performed within the standards laid down by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum NQF 4 qualification / Matric or equivalent / B.Com Degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years in the Financial Industry
- A strong focus on lead generation and sales
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written communication).
- Self-starter and self-driven attitude
- Ability to work in a team
