Reporting Consultant / Data Analyst – Call Centre Position

The Reporting Consultant is responsible for producing regular & ad hoc performance reports, analyses data as well as compiling new reports, making amendments to, and automating existing reports (ensuring that recurring report production is more efficient).

He is suppossed to be responsible for data modelling, delivering ad hoc reports, producing forecasts, data analyses, continuos data prediction etc.

This role will be responsible also for:

  • Production Performance Reporting
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Analysis of performance data
  • Report development
  • Report Automation
  • ETMS Template development
  • VBA Tools Support

This role should be aware and responsible also in the future possibly also for OBIEE reporting , which means that the candidate needs to have following skills, at last at some level of experience and practical knowledge :

  • OBIEE Experience –
  • OBIEE reporting platform configuration including security
  • expertise in Oracle BI Server, Oracle BI Analysis, Oracle BI Interactive Dashboard, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle BI Agents & Actions and OBIEE performance tuning of BI Applications
  • Strong technical knowledge of OBIEE admin/metadata tools, security, user interface design, development and deployment of dashboards, analytics and performance management reports

Additional skills required:

  • SQL and relational databases
  • Excel – Advanced
  • VBA knowledge
  • Report writing skills
  • English – Level B2 (written and oral) or better
  • Ability to prezent new ideas for improvement within reporting.
  • Cooperation with close cooperation with analysts, project managers, process improvement people, department managers and directors of operations
