The Operations Coordinator is pivotal in executing the company’s operational strategy and supporting systems integration for our clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position involves collaborating with team members, clients, and executives to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Integration:
- Accompany the CEO to client meetings, especially with larger clients.
- Discuss the integration of the company’s product into the client’s technical suite.
- Document processes and align client practices with the company’s offerings.
- Process Improvement:
- Observe, review, and analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize workflow.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives.
- Internal Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams to communicate client solutions effectively.
- Manage client expectations and ensure seamless communication within the organization.
- Research and Information Gathering:
- Conduct research on various related topics to support decision-making.
- Assist the CEO by gathering relevant information promptly.
- Company Secretarial Duties:
- Act as the company secretary during directors’ meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and facilitate communication among board members.
- Support the CEO in setting up appointments and coordinating the processes.
- Take accountability to respond to stakeholders on behalf of CEO.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in informatics, IT, Business Analysis, or Commerce, or a relevant qualification.
- Exposure to investment management and financial services is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with integrating different IT systems and processes.
