Responsibilities
- Your primary responsibility in this position is to provide support to financial advisors working on Our Client (CRM Software solution).
- You will have to provide telephonic, live chat and email support and feedback on all incoming enquiries.
- Establish whether our advisors have a need for additional training or information sessions and to set up such interaction.
- Identify and action necessity for changes to the system and communicate to the relevant parties. Log tickets in this regard.
- Testing of all new releases done on the system.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on all calls.
- Provide support on updating information as and when needed.
Requirements
- RE5 or equivalent qualification in the Financial Services Sector.
- Experience working as a Para-planner.
- Proven work experience of at least one year as Financial Needs Analysis Technical Support Agent.
- A strong customer focussed approach.
- Language proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written communication).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-starter and self-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.
