ROLES WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH:
DISCIPLINARY INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
Determine the severity of the incident.
Determine whether it is performance related or due to misconduct.
Follow the correct procedure relating to the alleged incident.
Determine the necessity of suspension and follow the code of good practice.
Conduct a complete investigation with the company Investigator or as an Independent Investigator.
Gather all relevant evidence.
Formulate the Charge sheet if the process leads to a disciplinary enquiry.
Either act as Initiator on behalf of the Company or provide guidance and advice to the Internal investigator.
Chairing the Disciplinary Enquiry. We have the knowledge and skills to act as chair for your Disciplinary Enquiry.

Assist in matters that is less serious in nature and provide guidance on remedial action short of dismissal.
