  • Initial consultation to get to know your business (2 – hours)
  • Telephone support and
    • Drafting letter of appointment template that represents your business and is compliant to the regulatory framework
    • Advice on setting up your employment files
    • Drafting basic policies that will align your practices with the BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act)
    • Giving you advice on compliance to all the statutory requirements such as UIF (Unemployment Insurance Fund), COIDA (Commission for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act), PAYE (Pay as you Earn) etc.
  • All face to face time and additional services will be billed at R950 per hour.

R2 000 PER MONTH

ADVANCED HR ADVICE
PACKAGE

This package gives you everything in the smaller packages and add some additional facetime with our consultants as we can assist your small business with advice on payroll, time and attendance and basic advice on disciplinary matters.

Managing discipline in the workplace can be cumbersome. Our approach is systematic, structured and in line with our legislation and the codes of good practice. We can offer our assistance to investigate matters of misconduct, bring forth the allegations and present the Company case in disciplinary hearings. We have the knowledge and experience to chair disciplinary hearings and to ensure that we are within the scope of the law. Our methods are tried and tested with success.

Our assistance covers all disciplinary matters from poor performance, ill health, misconduct and other matters such as retrenchments, negotiation, managing the relationships with trade unions and labour relations matters in general.
